McConnell Law was set up in 2007 by Charlotte McConnell, and Charlotte remains the sole principal of the business. McConnell Law advises a variety of clients from multinational brand owners, to small local businesses on general commercial matters, intellectual property issues and advertising and marketing questions.
Charlotte has a background of working at large law firms (at Beachcrofts and Bristows) and also in-house (at Diageo and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe) and is therefore well placed to offer legal advice as an “in-house” legal resource working closely with clients.
Charlotte has written extensively in legal publications such as Computers & Law, Information Age, World Data Protection Report, Copyright World, the In-House Lawyer and has also written in The Times Law section. Charlotte has also talked on a variety of commercial legal issues including for The Law Channel. |
